Anyone using Vit K2 and D3

I was watching a lot of videos by Dr Berg on Youtube and the benefits seem amazing

unclog arteries and hence reduce risk of heart attack and high blood presure
better calcium depositing into bones and not in arteries etc

The doctor said the reason why japanese women have less wrinkles is because they have Nato which contains high levels of K2 and D3, and the reason why people get wrinkles is because of bone density reducing as one ages.

does it work?

Vitamin k2 prevents arterial calcification. I take them daily with my vitamin D. If you are taking vitamin d, calcium can deposit in your arteries. By taking k2, calcium is transported to your bones.  There are studies suggesting K2 significantly reducing risk of heart disease. I think, it's a must have for people taking hormones.

Actually I am filling up my D3 reservoir.
Day 8 now,began with 50.000 IU and then 10.000 daily
for four weeks.
Was very low in blood test,10.4 ref. is a 30-100.
Alongside taking K2 as suggested 200?g a day.

was taking k2 for a few days, than did a angiogram and got a score of 0 so i stopped.

Plenty of research re k2 preventing arterial calcification

Been on that combo for awhile now. Along with curcumin, garlic, beet root, carditone.

I take 20,000ius Vitamin D3 and 400-600mcg K2 everyday
works really well, improved blood flow, less lethargy and better well being
Magnesium goes really well these too

Did something similar but:
10.000iu D3
400mcg Vit K2 (MK7)
500mg Magnesium

And i feel much better.

Vit K2 mk7 is a bit expensive imho..

Chicken you can?t eat raw
Raw beef,

Where in the fuck are you gonna find raw beef to eat here

They don?t sell the grade required to eat raw as far as I know
And I?m fsirly certain theirs still health risks for raw beef

Don't think it really matters. NOW is tested in Canada so that's one of the only brands where you can be certain you're getting what it says

all the damn vitamins you take not only work at a 5% rate and body say fuck you to them.. but you ALSO get them all from china.. this is where all that shit come from.. all countrys became slaves to china due to cheap labor and deep state abuse

so to begin with synthetic vitamins are crap.. but from china make them 3 times crappier

you want vitamins? you want minerals? EAT DAMN F O O D.. sit and eat.. anything and everything that is good the body wil work on slowly to get what it needs from.. just sit and eat or DRINK the food.. you can have liquid food.. easily this is why I always say EGGWHIRES not idiotic useless rubbish powdrs with god knows what.. you need the real eggwhites and also some eggyoks.. you need the eggs not the damn powder.. same is true to the viatamins! GET THEM FROM FOOD! even the worst food.. what you consider corn.. which is not bad at all.. its only bad because all food is sprayed really without you knowing even when you think it wasn't.. but still what you consider corn is BETTER for you than syntetic vitamins

anything that has low supervision and synthetic vitamins are NOT SUPERVIZED.. has low quality that gives you nothing but shit

use spices instead of those damn vitamins and get you vitamins from FOOD.. from biting chewing  and swallowing food

On the topic of Japanese women and wrinkles, I spent a couple years in Okinawa, a supposedly healthier place to live than mainland Japan, and reportedly one of the best places in the world for longevity. Anyone there could tell you of the strange phenomena with Japanese women where they will look much younger than their actual age well into their 50s... and then BOOM, one day they are a wrinkly old lady lol it really happens. So yes, while they do keep their youthful appearance for longer than most women, age catches up to them just like the rest of us. I think it is due to genetics but I am not sure.
