Everything. My skin has broken out in the last two weeks from not using it, but besides skin quality I like it for insulin sensitivity and digestion! There's a lot more benefits to it though

If my hormones are dialled in so is my skin. No diary helps a lot too. Don't remember last time I had a spot on face or arms

No experience with supplements, drugs, hormones for this reason .. BUT....

Coconut oil on face and hair before bed - whole body if i'm not too lazy - gives me a nice glow in the morning... Skin has to be clean first or it won't work.. plus no toxic chemicals

Oil pulling and salt water rinse for teeth
hair and skin targeted based multi vitamin
Collagen powder
Rosemary oil for hair. Dilute before use
Sleep
Cardio
Change bed sheets and pillow cover frequently
Magnesium is a good addition too

Are we talking smearing the face or a slight gloss? And this doesn't cause you to break out?

Are we talking smearing the face or a slight gloss? And this doesn't cause you to break out?

You will break out if you put oil on dirty skin, if you clean the skin properly beforehand then no breakout.. I put a decent amount until my face is a little greasy looking, it'll absorb overnight and I wake up with the softest smoothest skin in the morning.. I do it a few times a week not every day.

Taking rosemary and stinging nettle orally are not only good for hair/skin but kidneys. A lot of herbs that flush toxins are great for scalp and skin health. They can have an anti dht effect which may be undesirable for some.Nettle balances estro/dht levels moreso

Vitamin K2, chelated magnesium, astaxanthin capsules, grape seed extract.
Along with D3 but making sure you keep d3 levels between 80-100ng/dl.
The body functions much much better in that range. I have personally had better muscle and strength gains when I have super dosed my d3 to those levels. But k2 is very important in such situations to avoid calcification of soft tissue and nerves.

Not only does the skin APPEAR better but its clearly healthier and you are given a bigger window with your diet before you would normally break out with things like junk food etc. if you are prone to it.
