He is nice persona , but we have one mass monster already dead by 25 , hope he checks whats going on with his insides ....

Best bodybuilders get that big over 20-30 years lifting, not 2-4 ....

sorry but yates rows should have a range of motion & Dorian did this because he could use more weight & save his lower back. The Guy in the video is sliding a too heavy weight up his upper thigh(about 3 inches). This is not a "yates row".  ::)

Dorian trained in his way & got results. People trying to be Dorian with stupid weights/form give this exercise a bad name.

Most struggle to deadlift that properly and he rows it with picture perfect form for reps lol a one off...

That row form is funny.  But we can't say he's not impressive, he's ridiculously big in person.  His head looks so tiny compared to his body!  The problem he has is he's a bit of a jumble of parts with no flow, some refinement will fix that.
