Hey not a big supplement junky bit i got some citrulline malate for cheap just wondwring if anyone finds this shit effective for anything beneficial. Ex pumps endurance or reduced bp? Taking 6g 2x per day not feeling much

You need other shit along with it like good dose of glycerol and it will make your pumps painful , but if you nailing your nutrition along side gear and are insulin sensitive you should be golden without any of that stuff just , it comes handy on low carbs ....

Taking glutathione (GSH) alongside L-citrulline may help potentiate NO levels more than citrulline alone. While this idea has not been rigorously tested, the evidence is sufficient to give it a shot.
