this thing between them is absolutely insane.. lol

I don't know whats better the Jason genoveninng or this thing

but shadow man I believ is member here or read me I cant remember so many been tru me I think he talked with me back in 2014 about Jason icecream but it was so long ago.. in any case he is doing a a serious work on his youtube and really good at what he is doing.. he chose to concentrate only on that and he is mastering it

Jason Blaha though never touched the money we raised for him against Norton.. he didn't see a dime out of it it all truly went to none kill dog shelter in ohio in the united states

i think they both have accounts herer but this youtube is taking the best out of them lol

^^^^ holy shit!!!!😲😲😲

Take a listen @ 11:30

Coach Trev says... "I guarantee you'll gain 30 pounds in about a week or 2" 😱😱😱

Is that true Almighty?????

I just saw this..

no you cant gain 30lb in a week.. it is unheard of unless on a rebound post show but even then its not really 30lb its just water weight and fat post show and its not really 30.. its usually about 10-20lb

and yes I don't talk muscle I just talk weight.. you just don't gain 30lb in 1 week unless you are extremely malnourish or post show btu even then its not 30lb per week

Yeah that makes more sense

30 pound gain in 1 week without being depleted/dehydrated is impossible
