Sports Drink (Hydration / Sustained Energy)

PER 700ML OF WATER
? 1/2 tsp salt
? 1/4 tsp baking soda
? 1/2 tsp potassium chloride (3 squeezed
lemons if you can?t find this)
? 3-4 tbsp honey or table sugar
? 3-4g BCAAs
? 2g glutamine
? 100-300mg magnesium
? -12g waxy maize

I've been using something similar minus the amino acids and honey and it works amazing. Didn't realize how much added electrolytes help with performance and overall well being. I add a flavor drink packet to mask the saltiness.

An easier one is the juice of 2 oranges in 1/2 liter of water.
At least thats what one of my nutrition teachers taught me a few years ago.

I drink baking soda with apple cider vinegar in the morning also have a filtration system that adds natural minerals to my water.
