If people are interested i am willing to help you to create your own vitamin and antioxidant stack via liposomal carriers. Its not that expensive and helps in the long run.

Well you need an ultrasonic cleaner (thats how they are called in germany, basically for jewelry), water (i prefer MCT oil) and lecithin. Get the vitamins in powder form (if possible, and vitamin E will be in oil).

Put all the ingredients in a beaker, and stirr it for 30 seconds -1 minute (preferably via mixer). Let it sit for a minute then repeat once more.

Then pour the solution into the ultrasonic cleaner and turn it on for about 30-45 minutes (i prefer doing it longer so the liposomes can actually be created)

Thats about it. You can also dump in minerals and other things

If thats too much of a hassle, here is the probably best multivitamin/mineral supplement you can get (no plug, wish i was sponsored haha) : https://rockymountainminerals.eu/en/microsynergy-plus-473-ml.html

Basically the brand is top notch!

best wishes

This product looks very good imo.  Issue is they do not ship to the North America, are there any other places to purchase that do ship to NA?

Top man!

So to make the above what would be the 'shopping list' to have along side my ultrasonic bath & blender please?

Any hints or tips you have stumbled across whilst mixing?

it's super easy to make

umm ill grab my ingredient list and post it up for you in a bit, it's downstairs somewhere, maybe i'll get to it tomorrow because i have to pull out my own ultrasonic blender from the basement and i think ingredients are with it

basically i use:

vodka
water
lecithin

and i make however much fits in the blender, yours will be different than mine

i dont add any vitamins to it, i don't see the need, i get my vitamins from that other thing thecure recommends, microsynergy plus

what i do put into it is:

resveratrol
acai extract
bilberry extract
grape seed extract
policosanol
olive seed extract
african mango berry extract (only used this second time, made the whole thing taste like SHIT, am not using it again)

ummm what else... probably some more antioxidants that i don't remember --

of fuck.  obviously, vitamin c is in there

i also dumb in splenda to make it pallatable because it fucking tastes like SHIT.  you honestly have to gag it down

again i'll get the exact ingredients i use for you tomorrow

but what you can do is go through bulk*****.com or whatever other website sells supplements in bulk and go through their list of products, order each one that seems interesting, and throw it in there

again i dont use any vitamins in there except vita c

and the process is super easy:

1. weight out all ***** in large bowl
2. pour water and vodka into blender
3. dump powder in
4. blend
5. transfer over to ultrasonic
6. ultrasonic as long as possible, the longer the better, at least 1hr i'd say but i run it the entire day

EDIT: fucking gay, forum censored out a word.  the ***** is p*wders

Anyone chime in on this please?

Quote
So i want the following per/ml:

5000iu Vit A,  500iu Vit E,  5000iu Vit D,  5g Vit C,  2000iu Vit K,  125 mg Resveratol,  2.5g Acai

Going to take 1ml AM/PM and also make enoguh for my g/f, so 30ml batches for 2 weeks.

That equates to:

30ml MCT oil

______g Lecithin???

150.000iu / 10g Vit A
15.000iu / 15g Vit E
150.000iu / 2g Vit D
150g Vit C
60.000iu Vit K
3.75g Resveratrol
75g Acai

260g total pow-der

How much lecithin would I need?

Is there a way to tell theres enough in as it blends?

Obivously I am aware of stauration points etc. but how can I gauge there is enough lecithin to encapsulate the vits?

Would I need more liquid?

Any input appreciated guys...

since you're using mct i'd imagine you just replace some amount of water with it... though honestly i dont see the point of MCT addition here

lol good luck mixing 75 grams acai and 150g vita c in 30ml of oil, lol lol lol lol lol

(im not sure if that's what you REALLY meant but that's what it sounds like bro)

basically what you do is add up the mass of all your p0wders and plug them into the ratios i put above, using them in place of vita c

all right yeah lol that's better

forget about the ml for now, you don't know them, tally up mass of all p0wders, plug in to the ratio i gave you above, then do some math and figure out how much water/lecithin/alcohol you need, and if you really want to use mct (don't know why you would) sub a portion of the water for it

yeah i know he recommended it, i was wondering why before too, realized don't need it and it'd just be an extra ~400 calories each day that i see no use in drinking, so i used water instead as per that recipe

no worries man its super fucking easy once you have that ratio

and i showed you what i use in mine so feel free to add/subtract/mix/whatever

tbh i think my additions are much better than vitamin additions, vitamins you just get from fucking multis, this is only really useful for vita c and anti oxidants
