Watch, listen and learn and improve your health, your quality of life and it most certainly will help with your bodybuilding goals!

It is a very simple principle, stop putting in things that are bad (that most people consume in excess) and give the body what it needs (in sufficient quantity) to repair/heal quickly.

I am a very strong believer in these principles and would encourage anyone to take his advice. I rarely get sick, ever, I have reversed many problems and have seen the same happen in people close to me as well as people I know.

No you do not have to buy his products, there are cheaper alternatives that work also, all you need to do is look at the ingredients list of his products and use your heads and shop around.

Yes and no. I am familiar with him but i can tell straight away hes almost always pushing his supps. And the idea to have all minerals in balance is old.

I definitely agree on the shitty food and the useless medication. Most people have to clean up their diet REAL BAD!

Drop the useless stuff no one needs, eat your veggies and keep in mind that chicken and rice only is not a great diet. You have to eat across the board to get enough nutrients, minerals and vitamins. There is nothing wrong with a very good supplement (preferably tested and USP grade, for EU fellas check MikroSynergy Plus, thats probably the best all - in - one supplement that was ever created), but always remind yourself that real food is better than any supplement!

I completely agree about food being better and about having a varied diet, the problem is the way food is farmed nowadays it just doesn't have everything the body needs, especially in the mineral department. On average people are deficient in several areas and with the exception of wild caught foods (game, certain mammals, wild fish etc) there are very few food sources they have a chance of getting these from, especially in the Western diet. You would have to eat a huge range and often large quantities of very specific food to get all the known essential vitamins and minerals and most people just can't afford to do it, could eat that much food, or have access to it where they live. Not so a problem if you live in the Amazon or north pole where you can still get nutrient dense food on tap, but a big problem when you live in places like Global & UK unless you can afford to buy it all in.

You add to this all the nutrient blocking effects from the types of foods we consume (especially in the West) and you you have problems. Add to this lifestyle choices, being exposed to multitudes harmful substances in our environment and it is no wonder the human race is being overcome with disease.

I agree what you say about pushing supplements and I do not like that part, but sadly that is what world we live in. If people come away from that and just take the advice outside of his products (take the nutrients, do not eat this etc) it will benefit them greatly and it can be done affordably. For example if I was to use his products the cost would be in the region of $150-200 a month, by shopping around and using your head I was able to do something very similar for my whole family for around $300-350.00 for the year.

I am of the view that most diseases are a result of nutrient deficiency and so are many disabilities (nutritional deficiency in the mother when the embryo forms). Not all, but most.

They certainly look nice vitamins BTW looking at them and your probably right they are the most complete overall that I have seen. I would need about 2 bottles a month, for me and around 4 for the family so it would be in the $200 a month range to use. Dr Wallach's version  are more complete in some aspects and would work out a bit cheaper, however I do like how this product even brakes down the trace minerals and covers all bases very well.

If you have the pockets for it, looking at it, it probably is one of the best you can buy.
