2. Selenium
3. Garlic extraxt
4. Magnesium
5. Taurine
6. Vitamin d3
7. Grape seed extract
8. Cod liver oil
9. ACV
10. Beef gelatin

theres about 3 more but only top 10

All of these contribute greatly to my health - never felt better in my life than when using these supplements along side a healthy diet

Thats a good list I tend to lean on krill oil but cod krill good also.

B Complex Vitamin :- 1 Tab
Vitamin D :- 15000IU Per week
Glucosamine :- 750Mg
Cissus :- 750Mg
Ashwagandha :- 1000Mg per day
